This demonstration is operated by THINGSMAZE SOLUTIONS S.R.L., a limited liability company registered in Romania. Rotix AI Systems is the trading name under which it offers software and document automation services.

What this demo is

A static demonstration that runs entirely in your browser. It has no accounts and no uploads, calls no AI model and sends nothing you do on the page to a server. The results are prepared in advance to show what a document pipeline returns and how a person reviews it before anything is written.

All sample documents are fictional. Companies, people, addresses, identifiers and amounts were invented for this demonstration, and identifiers that carry a check digit were deliberately made invalid. Any resemblance to a real company or person is coincidental.

Privacy

The page itself collects no personal data. There are no forms, no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels and no requests to third-party servers: fonts, styles and scripts are served from this domain.

Hosting. The demo is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States), acting as our processor. Like any web server it keeps technical request logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser type) for security and delivery, for the short period set by its log retention policy. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site, art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Vercel is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its data processing agreement includes the EU standard contractual clauses.

Language choice. If you press the RO/EN button, your choice is stored in your browser under the key rotix-demo-lang, so the next page opens in the same language. Nothing is stored until you press the button, and the value never leaves your browser. Storage that is strictly necessary for a function you asked for does not require consent (art. 4(5) of Romanian Law 506/2004). You can delete it at any time from your browser settings.

Your rights. You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
